Default pheasant cooking ?

I skinned the pheasants but i am not sure what is recipe?

Toons, i no this might sound like a waste of that bird...but here it goes. My family loves this with pheasant, duck, goose or grouse. Remove the meat from the bones...raw. Cut into 1" strips and shake n' bake. Personally we like the deep fryer the best, but frying in hot veg. oil works as well. (Favorites are Cajun and Southern Fired for the kids)

Yeap you heard me right good ole "shake n' bake".
