Default Jerky

Any of yall ever make dove or duck jerky? they both have a pretty strong taste, so i dunno how good it would be but if anyone has done it let me know how, i've never made jerky before and im gettin tired of the same old dove recipes...

don't know about dove or duck. turkey works real good.just use the same reciept and try it. let us know how it turns out.
