I've got a lot of burger left over from a black bear, any suggestions on best way to use it up.....I know it's like pork in that it has to be well done and unlike venison it has a higher fat content. Ground venison I usually usein Spagatti sauce, haven't had very good luck with venison chili or burgers.....have been too lazy to try venision meat loaf........so any lessons learned on bear burger?

Great in chili if you fry it off first to get rid of the fat. Also good in spagetti sauce. I also mix it with lean ground beef and chopped onions and garlic and make hamburg patties.

You can do anything with bear burger as you would regular ground beef, all depends how ambitious you are. There must be thousands of recipes out there.
