Default Garlic Gadget

fantes.com <--- good very reliable source to buy kitchen gadgets & supplies has a rubber Garlic Peeler $7.95.

I used to get in trouble using Garlic when preparing foods at clubs. Old cooks would howl, "We can't have garlic, some people can't eat garlic." Elderly people would proclaim stomach problems, can't have garlic as they asked for a second helping and a doggie bag extra to take home.

I luv garlic and really haven't found anyone who doesn't like garlic. Or anyone who is allergic to garlic.

Catch-22, peeling/skinning garlic is always a hassle.
I saw a TV ad for a funky lit'l deal.
I finally found a source on Internet to buy one. I bought mine a few months ago and it is a godsend to have around.

I'm going to reorder at least 50 of them.
To have around to give away as Christmas Gifts. That odd gadget that everyone will use and love.
