Default Seasoned Squirrel Jerky

Some people think this a wierd way to eat squirrel but they always say its good (if you can stand spicy food.)

First, you need to get the meat that you use to make the jerky with. (I don't make the jerky, I just season it.)

Next, take1/4 cupBBQ sauce and1/4cup tabasco sauce and mix it around and put thatin the skillet withmeat.

Then, you take1/2tps ofjuice from any kind of pepper (I prefer a redbell pepper)and putitit in a pan or skillet withthe raw meat.

Last, sprinkleon2 tsp ofchilie or taco sesoningand mix that around with the raw meat. then when some of the juice is cleaned off you can put it in an electric smoker or if your in the woods or don't have one you can do whatever you do to make jerky.

And remember!!!! If you can't handle spicy foods don't eat it!!!
