the easiest way is with a sasauge stuffer and a jerky tube on it.they make a flat tube about 1" to 2" wide and 1/4" thick. you press the meat through the tube and it comes out, long and flat.just cut into 7 or 8" pieaces, put in dehydrator and you got jerky.

ya; I put lowyers season, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and a little soy and worstshire sauce. mix it all together.

that is the mixture I put on meat,it draws all the blood out.after over night I drain it and cook. you may have to put it into a collender(strainer) and let it drip for a few hrs. till it get all the fluid out then run through the jurkey tube and go into the dehydrater.

good luck, you will have to hide it from your friends. they will eat it all

I usually take mine and mix in some jerky cure and whatever other sesonings I want to add (Course black pepper for pepper jerky, crushed red pepper for spicy, etc.) then roll it out flat between two sheets of wax paper. Then you can cut it into strips with a pizza cutter and put the strips in the dehydrator.

You can go to Wally-World and get a smaller jerky shooter, for about $10 and I think they include cure and jerky seasoning with it.
