Default Tiger Meat

I realize that this isn't actually a question about wild game, but no one else seems to know how to make this stuff. Anyone here have a good recipe for Tiger Meat (raw hamburger and spices)

Are you maybe thinking of "Steak Tartar"....about the same thing but it also has a raw egg sitting on top. Comes served with toast points.

Don't forget to throw in good heaping tea spoon of salmonella just in the rare chance there wasn't any in there to start with. That's what gives it the great flavor....

The raw egg would cover the salmonella seasoning , the burger would probably come complete with e.coli or listeria these days . [:'(]

My wife loves to eat a chunk of raw burger , it took me years to break her of that nasty habit . Having lots of stories on the evening news of people dying from eating undercooked burger helped a bit . I love a rare steak myself , but unless I raised and slaughtered the beef myself I'd never eat it uncooked . Too many folks in the packing houses who don't read the "Lave las manos" signs in the bathrooms these days .

Would you guys be surprized if I told you it was invented by the French?

Hey now, don't knock it till you try it. I find that I love steak tartar more than most anything. And by the way, the Huns invented it, the French perfected it...

Some time back there was a breakthrough in
technology hailed by many as a turning point
in human development. For years feared by
less intuitive peoples, the controlled FIRE has
become a mainstay in the comfort and safety
of any who master it. Give it a try.

Here is a link to the exact recipe. I know all the wussies on here will gag but this is an aquired taste. If done properly there is not an issue with contamination. One main thing is to removeall fat.
