update on Venison burger
OK. thanks for all the suggestions. Here's what I did.
I took a pound of the plain venison burger (no fat added). I added an egg, minced garlic, worcestershire sauce, and grated cheese. Made it into patties and fried them in a little olive oil, turning once, with a slice of cheese. They turned out great. Perhaps a trifle tougher beef but very good nonetheless.
