Default roadkill partridge

I just got one yesterday and left the breast meat and legs in a mild salt water solution overnight in the fridge. I've never cooked one... am thinking of pan frying in butter... nothing fancy, but any better ideas? This is such a rare treat that I want to get the most out of it. Thanks for your comments.

Default RE: roadkill partridge

Just like you said but cut the meat intro strips, add a sliced onion and some mushrooms with meat. Don`t overcook the meat though as gets dry when overcooked. Easy and simple.
