Default Quail

A love to fry quail most of the time i take the meat off the breast bone.
batter it in House Autry chicken breader and cook till golden not over cooked.
Tried something new with the legs a few nights ago
marinated in Texas Pete buffalo wing sauce over night in the fridge then breaded in House Autry chicken breader you have to cook legs much longer than the breast meat.
awesome. get something to dip them in and alot of drink to go with the TX Pete

I like to do them on the rotisserie like cornish hens , I use a dry rub of my own concoction and a glaze of La Choy sweet and sour sauce as a finish .

That sounds good do you use the whole bird or just the breast?

I presume you meant me , and I use whole birds , they're so small it doesn't make sense to just use the breasts . Sometimes I slice them in half lengthwise to speed cooking .
