Default Tasty Bear Chops

Here is a great recipe for bear chops:
Soak chops in water with one tsp baking soda for 1 hour.
Add 1 cup flour, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper in a bowl, mix
Rinse chops off in clear water and drag through flour mixture.
Fry the chops in hot oil until golden brown and place in casserole dish.
Heat a can of cream of mushroom soup and 1/2 cup milk in microwave or on stove top and pour on top of chops.
Place in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
Serve with rice or pasta.
