Default Just ate the best venison ever

Folks I must share this ...I started with a shoulder roast Strut gave me from 2002. It turned out better than any backstrap I've ever eatten and I've ate alot of deer.

Put roast in thermastic Walmart crock pot on high for 6 hours. Then low for 3 more.

Add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water
1 Knorr's dried vegtable soup mix
pepper
parley
cut up new potatoes
cut up carrots.
1 venison roast

Note MEAT Melts in your mouth..not stringy. Nice venison flavor. 5 star ..100% knockout. Do not need a knife. My wife is an animal lover but had to say "We need to get more venison."
