Default Deer sausage recipes

I would like to print out some deer sausage recipes if the members could post some of there favorites that would be great.
I have always taken my deer to a butcher, but with the rising costs i have decided to try it myself. I have downloaded a video on butchering and the next deer taken i am gonna give it a go.
the sausage recipes i would like to see posted are only recipes that you have tried and make over and over yourself. I am not gonna put it in caseings but am just gonna leave ground.
I will need excact measurements of pork and seasonings to add per pound. with all that said here the types of sausage i am looking to learn how to make.

Sage: I love sage sausage. So a recipe that uses a good amount of sage would be great. (most important)

Spicey: recipes for spicey sausage would be great also.

mild: recipes for mild sausage would be great also

Sweet: Sweet sausage recipe also wanted.

I am hopeing to receive multiple recipes on each and to see how close everyones recipes are.
