Default Back-Strap Sammick !!!!

Nice doe back strap, tenderized, dipped into egg batter, dropped into cracker crumbs then fried slowly. Does it get any better than that?

Had some again over the weekend and MAN what a meal!!

I know why Teddy sings about those things...................
