Default Deer Jerky

what cuts of meat do you use for deer jerky. i used a little of the backstrap to test out a recipe and it was really good but i dont want to use all of the best steak to make the jerky. help!?!?!?!

I would probably use the front shoulder or hind quarters.

I too use the backstraps for my jerky. Its the leanest and I found that cutting against the grain makes ite easier to eat.
