Awesome Grouse Recipe
This Recipe will work with either light or dark meat birds
1 mid size onion
Garlic, chopped/sliced
bbq suace
bacon (1/2 slice per piece)
toothpicks
cut the breast into bite size pieces, and marinade them in bbq sauce overnight
put 1 piece of breast on a piece of bacon, add a chunk of onion about half the size of the breast next to it, and a little bit of garlic too.
roll it up, so that the grouse, onion and garlic is inside the piece of bacon. secure it with a toothpick
grill on high, try to keep the wrap in the flames until the bacon is cooked. this will sear the grouse and keep it juicy. by the time the bacon is done the grouse will be done too.
