Default I need some good duck and geese recipes!

I just started hunting last year and got a few ducks. I just fried them up and they were decent. My stepdad made duck gumbo with one and it was great! Anyways, I'm looking for some good recipes that will be tempting enough that even my wife will eat it. She thinks if you don't get it at the grocery store, you shouldn't eat it. Anyways, what are some good seasonings and methods to cook it? I saw a post about the drunken chicken way of cooking a chicken. I've had that before and it's great! Will it work on a duck too? Thanks for any info! Matt
