Default Venison B-B-Q......mmmm mmmm good

Here is what you do if you want to make your own b-b-q, i done it and it was awesome!
Cut a back leg off a deer.
-Debone meat, put into a dish big enough to let it sit in the fridge, chunks softball size are good.
-Marinate with brown sugar and soy for two days
-In a crock pot, place as much meat as you can into the crock pot.
-submerge with water and brown sugar and soy mix. Put crock on low.
-Let cook for 24 hours.
-drain water or pull out mean and put into another container or serving dish. Smash the meat with a spatula, should just fall apart like pulled pork, add adobo seasoning(find in mexican isle) and ms. dash garlic and herb.
-add two bottles of jack daniels b-b-q sauce and mix. Let sit over night.
-Clean out crock pot, put b-b-q back in, warm up, and serve on a bun! Very easy to do.
