Winter Wheat or Oats???

Which do you prefer and why? My main goal is FALL ATTRACTION but I am also considering ease of planting.

I mix winter wheat and oats together, then pour the seeds into the planter and go to work. I really like mixing the two, the deer seem to enjoy it to.
