rubber boots and dry rotting?

RE: rubber boots and dry rotting?
Bogobble,
I've got two pair of Lacrosse Burlys that I've had for
many seasons. I keep them in the basement where
it's cool and dark...they look as if they'll never
wear out. I don't wear them too often these days as
I prefer boots with a supprescent lining, but if the
creeks are up...they are there when I need them.
Get 'em out of that hot closet.

Same here Two Beards. They're in the garage in the fall and winter but as soon as the season is over they go in the basement. Even in the garage I have them hanging upside down where they don't get sun and it stays fairly cool as my peak is vented and it's an open peak(no ceiling)
