Default Introductory Bow?

What is a good introductory bow for a 6'4" hunter that will last at least thru my first deer season. I am not looking to break the bank, but then again, I would like to be productive while I find out if this is for me.

Thank you.

no matter what you buy it will definitely last through your first year, and then some. theres a huge selection out there go shoot a few. you may like a longer axle to axle bow being a big guy. maye not. might like a single cam bow, might not. it getss said time, and time again, just shoot some and see what you like.

I agree. Just go to your local archery shop and shoot all the bows you can get your hands on so you can get a feel for what you like. I bought my first bow last fall, got my first kill with it this season. It was a new PSE Stinger and I paid just over 400 for it. I feel like that price was a heck of a deal since I feel that Im every bit as accurate as some of my friends with much more expensive bows.
