Question Harness for Binos and Rangefinder???

Ok this is driving me crazy. I can't come up with a system that is ideal for carrying both my binos and my rangefinder.

I have a nice bino harness but since my binos are exposed I am always getting snow and debris in the glass. Also the only place I can put my rangefinder is in my pocket which is slow and noisy to access.

Does anyone have a good system for this such as a fanny pack or some bino-covering harness system that holds rangefinder too?

my nikon range finder came with a little fabric case with a snap top and it attachs to your belt, same with my binos.
