Default 1 more year...

Couple weekends ago there was some pretty good pre-rut activity going on. Had this buck come in after hearing/watching him make a scrape. The land goes uphill to my left where he was walking so he was barely below me and even on a shabby camera phone pic you can see he was only about 5-7yds... Beautiful 10 pt. perfect symmetry but..a 3&1/2, and just wasn't quite a shooter. Neat to have the sighting though as this is first year on the new property here so. thought id share!

He's a good one thats for sure. You are a man of great restraint thats for sure, maybe 10 years from now I will let one like that pass by.

Definitely a great looking buck!!!!! But if you know he is a 3 year old you may have just given yourself an opportunity at a possible B&C in 1 or 2 years.
