Can't wait to get out there and hunt! It's good seeing people having luck so far and reading about the hunts. Our season here in Alabama starts the 15th of this month and it ain't gettin here quick enough. Anyway just wanted to share a game cam pic with you. He hasn't shown up in the daytime yet (like most big deer) but I hope he'll mess up this year. I've never taken a deer this big, what do you think of him?

He's a shooter anywhere not just bama. I wish I had some like that on my land in bama. What county do u hunt in?

I hunt in Fayette, but this deer is on a new lease in Tuscaloosa. Have had many bucks around 120 but nothing else like him. he isn't as regular, maby 2 or 3 times a week.

That's a heck of deer in any state but you are right, in Alabama that's Godzilla. Good luck. I'd love see you post a ground check photo after season comes in.

I hunted down at tara wildlife in louisiana / mississippi......unreal deer there.

Dude that is a great deer! I also use to hunt in Fayette But i am now about 15 mins north of tuscaloosa a lil south of Berry! There really is some great hunting out that way. Weve seen some close tho this guy out there but deffinately not that big!
