Default G5 Montec question

Too late to change now because tomorrow is opening day, but what is your opinion of these? For me they hit right where I aim but they are kinda small, so do they do a decent job on deer?

As you alluded to, they fly like field tips for me (as long as your bow is properly tuned).

I've taken a few deer and have been very impressed with the take-down ability. You don't get the trail that you would with, say, a Rage, but good none-the-less.

As long as you keep them sharp (get either the sportsman's sharpener or the diamond stone) they'll do the job. Cutting diameter is similar to other fixed blades.

If you're looking for a good fixed blade I'd say these are right up there.

Thanks, I was hoping that they would do the job
