Went antelope hunting around newell, SD for 4 days and couldnt believe how low the numbers were again this year. I guess these last 3 bad winters has really taken their toll on the herd. Tried some spot and stalks and sat at a water hole for a day and just no luck. I think south dakota should consider closing the season for a year or 2 like north dakota did this year.
