Just put it in a hard case so it doesn't get damaged, insure it, and ship it via UPS or Fed-X (post office tends to loose things).

There are no federal regulations concerning shipping a bow.

What he said...except that I trust the post office. Case it, box it and ship it.

The Post Office has come a long way in tracking everything shipped. Everything larger than a flat that comes over the their counter is automatically given a bar code that says "USPS Tracking Number" and has to be scanned. I'm not sure if this is in effect everywhere yet. Plus, you can always get it insured. I trust them with all my shipping, never failed me.

I would insure it and pay for tracking.
