Default proper arrow size

Im about to buy new arrows and my old ones are carbon express cx hunter 300s with a length of 29 inches. My draw weight is 65 pounds and i shoot a martin sabre. Im going with carbon gold tip arrows and there size is either 5575 or 7595. I dont know which one to go with. Any help would be great.

A CX300 is a 340 spine arrow.

A Gold Tip 75/95 is a 340 spine arrow.

I believe that you could shoot the 55/75. But the 75/95 matches the CX300 spine and should perform the same.
