Urban deer culling programs

I thought this article had some pretty interesting observations about the efficacy of urban deer culling programs. Good video, too. This was from Stevens Point, WI-- not sure what culling programs look like in other parts of the country, but I'd be interested to hear about them.

This is the organization that I belong to in Northern VA. There are some membership requirements: experience, application, background check, proficiency check, interview and strict compliance to game laws/landowner special requirements.
