I have not personally shot it.
A couple of buddies of mine have.
They both bought one.
They both said best bow they have ever shot.
One is selling his Z7 to buy it.
And he is a die-hard Mathews guy.
I will probably go to the shop and give it a try soon.

Yeah I got sent one recently on a staff deal. Wasnt that excited - dont normally like short ATA bows or crazy pre-stressed limbs.

BUT after I shot it Im sold. Its a sweet weapon. Quite forgivving for such a fast bow. Cams are agressive with a pretty flat top to the draw cycle. Valley is short and steep. But put the pin on the dot and release and you know where the arrow is going.

Its quieter than the Destroyers, little buzz in the handle from the string stop - but a bowjax fixed that nicely. Top cam rolls back towards the shooter a touch after the shot. I put a small weight on the end of the stabliser to hold it level and it sits very nicely on the shot now.
I can see a lot of critters getting smoked with it this year =)
cheers

ps bit of footage of me shooting it next to the Destroyer 350. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNIQ16U92mY

I shot one. Things I liked were very smooth draw, and scary quiet.

Things I did not like were the short A to A, also had a distinctive vibe in the handle after the shot. We were able to eliminate that with a Flx guard dampener and a MeanV.

All in all I thought it was a Nice bow. I would consider buying one if it were a little longer. I think there are other bows out there that feel just as good or better.

Shoot everything you can get your hands on when buying a Bow and be sure you have confidence in the company behind the bow should you need them.

Benno, nice vid. I've owned a D340, unfortunately the CPX doesn't come in long enough DL for me. I picked up another SWAT for this year, we'll see what 2012 brings. Again, great video.

I really liked it. But still have not found a more shock free quiet than my admiral

BowTech has hit a serious home run with their Invasion!!!

I was able to shoot the Invasion side by side with several other 2011 top bows that I was interested in,.... the Hoyt Carbon Element, Mathews Z7Xtreme, PSE EVO, Elite Pulse and the Elite Hunter, just to name a few and the Invasion was awesome!

It impressed me so much that I actually ordered the Black Ops Invasion for myself a couple weeks ago!

I can't believe it..... I actually went and ordered a BowTech!!! After shooting Hoyt and Mathews rigs each season for so many years, this is going to be a dramatic change!
