Default Journal Keepers

For those of you who like to keep a journal or hunting log, check out the classified sections for a new online journal that will definately help you take down your next trophy whitetail

Hopefully I didn't break the forum rules with this post, if I did I apoligize.

Thanks
Dan

I used to keep a detailed log when I 1st started hunting back in the late 60's. It's amazing at how few deer I saw from a stand back then.

I thought about starting to keep a journal again this year but I never followed through. I will definitely try to do just that this coming season

It is pretty addicting once you start. It is also pretty amazing what you can learn about the animals you hunt and how you hunt them.

Is there alot of information you have to input? I keep a fishing journal and type out a daily hunting journal on the computer. I really don't have the time to put everything i possibly can in a journal. Sometimes i don't even get back to my hunting journals until i have 3 more hunts under the belt. I guess i'm a little bit lazy in that respect.

I have looked at some different trailcamera software but you would spend hours just putting all the relevent information in to keep those up to date.

We have given you the option of keeping track of practically anything that is encountered on a hunt. Sightings, weather, location, time and date, etc are all things that can be recorded and analyzed later. The beauty is if all you want to record is basically, how many deer you saw and where you hunted, that is all you have to do. It can be very comprehensive or very basic, it is your choice. Check it out, if you already keep a journal you will really enjoy the possibilities this gives you.

Thanks
