Which spined arrow should i go with

So here it is. i have a vanquish set at 28"DL and i am maxed out at 70 + or -.

i am on the border for the specs when it comes to arrow spine. i have an old 400 spined arrow and an old 340 spined arrow. they both shoot the same.

does it matter which spine to go with and if so which one should i go with.

I have shot 400 spine arrows out of a 70# bow but it depends on the bow and your final arrow length, tune, etc.

The 340 is a safer bet
