Default wild justice

Has anyone watched this show wild justice. Seems like a real good show. At first I figured it would be an anti hunting show but seems they are more focused on poachers and drugs

Also I was watching the premire esp I missed and they were searching for bear poachers and made a big deal about a black bear gallbladder. I was wondering why is it so wanted??????

NatGeo is usually pretty good at showing the truth and not putting any slants or propaganda in heir shows. However I wasn't too impressed with the way they used the word "Hunter" when associating it with poaching and poachers. It needs to be clear that these people are not hunters, they are criminals and share nothing with actual hunters.

The reason they go for the gallbladders is because they sell for tons of $$ on the black market . I believe they are used in asian medicines.

I think I heard somewhere on the show that it's illegal to sell any part of the animal that is taken in California. I may be wrong though but that is probably why he had the guy destroy the gallbladder and took no other legal action because he never actually sold it

This is what it said. Maybe because they can't tax and control sales? Lol
