Having a realllly hard season. :(
Man i cannot figure these deer out. I killed 6 deer last year and had scrapes rubs everything you could think of. This year i scouted way early had plenty of pictures on the trail cam and haven't got close to taking a shot on a deer. I'm in central VA and gun season started last weekend. I have talked to plenty of people and no one thinks the rut has started. No one is seeing signs anywhere. What is going on? are we even going to have a rut this hunting season?
Anyone got any good ideas on what I can do to try and at least get one kill this year?
