Default 20 ft ladder

Has anyone used the 20ft ladder from Sportsmans Guide. It is the 8'' wide by 20ft. How safe is it to just lean and climb a tree?

As long as you use the center brace, really safe, as long as you strap it in

its not safe at all to just lean it next to a tree but it is very safe when you use the center brace and safety straps

I just ordered mine a couple of weeks ago. Have not used it yet, but I don't think I would ever use it without strapping it to a tree. They are not designed to be used like that. But it does seem to be a strong ladder. I will be putting it in a tree today hopefully. I will let you know how sturdy it is.

Default Ladder

Well how is it? Does it seem to be easy to move from one stand to another each day?
