Default Shoot COYOTE ?

Do you guys shoot coyotes when bow hunting? I am in illinois and had a chance to shoot but dont know the law here. Is a nuisance license required?

In NY there is a season for them. Some states you can shoot them all year long.. And yes, I have shot them with my bow before... There are to many of them dam things around here....

One of the luxuries of Iowa, coyote season is a continuous open season and on top of that, its the only game animal that can be taken by any means. (Rifle, shotgun, or bow)

In some states all you need is a small game license. Such is the case here in Wis., they are legal with any method (bow, rifle, shotgun, handgun) and have no closed season. Just make sure you have a small game license.

Thats the issue i have been searching the IL DNR website and cant find out if I will need a Small game licesnse. Thanks for all the responses already.
