Default Broken Mathews and still waiting

Bow season in Florida is about 5 weeks. My Q2 blew a limb 2 wks into the season. I took it to the local shop immediately, 2 weeks on Monday, and still no progress. I called the shop and they said the limbs still haven't shown up. He said he would call Mathews to see what the status is, but he never called me back. I tried to call Mathews myself, but they clearly don't want to be contacted by consumers b/c no phone number. So, by the time I get my bow back, the season will be over for sure. I gotta admit, that's very disappointing from someone who is supposed to be a premier bow manufacturer. I was originally told 7-9 days and once the limb arrives, 15 minutes for labor.

Try this # 608-269-2728. If your dealer isn't following through they would want to know. Good luck and let me know if you have any luck with the #
