Default draw specific cams and adjustable draw cams

im just wondering about these 2 types of cams. not sure if its the bows ive shot but it seems like the cams that are draw specific have a nicer valley(dont seem to creep up on you) and a more solid back wall then cams where you can adjust the draw lengths and or has a draw stop on the cam. just wondering if this is true or not and what the differences of these cams are? and while were on the subject, which cams do you prefer?? any info is appreciated!
