Default Matthews Z7 Bow

I really enjoy my new Matthews Z7 bow. Has anyone ever had their rubber ends come off their bow that goes on the main string? I recently had to have both replaced after losing them, unknowingly.

Are you talking about the monkey tails? I have lost and replaced them a couple of times, but I have also shot the bow alot.

Ya those monkey tails break off pretty easy. I havent even bothered replacing mine, the bows pretty quiet either way.

I have heard they come off no matter what bow you put them on. I've only shot about 500 arrows through my z7 but they haven't given me any problems yet.

I lost both of mine and replaced them. I shoot my Z7 alot at 3D shoots each week. When they are missing, it doesn't sound good at all. Thanks guys!

Are you talking about the limb mounted string stops, or are you referring to the monkey tails, which are in the string?

Both are common replacement items, but the monkey tails are going to need replaced more often...

I have lost both of my limb mounted string stops and I also lost one of the monkey tails. I shoot alot at 3D targets and at home. I have only had the bow since Spring.

I cut mine off. I can't tell a difference in the noise or vibration.
