Default need info please......

a friend of a friend is letting me use his jennings black lightning compound. it is basic, no extras, just has 4 pin sights. when i draw the string back the cams squeek. the pins holding the cams in are rusty. do you think it's safe to use and if so what kind of oil/lubricant should i use on them? the limb bolts were loose so i tightened them up and thats when it started squeeking and also a harder draw. thanks
