I have had good luck with them. I did have a couple break and sent them to Easton and they replaced them.

If they don't work,Easton will replace them.

I bought 1 package and had no issues.

I had some that didn't work from the factory and I had others that broke when I shot them. Easton replaced all of them no questions asked.

When they broke, did you call Easton or just send them back with a note. Did they wait for your returned ones before they sent the new ones and were they quick in sending them? Just wondering.

I called them and they told me to send them back. Apparently for whatever reason they didn't have the ability to send me new ones right away. About a month later I got a new pack of Tracers in the mail. One out of the three didn't work out of that replaced pack. I just gave up after that.
