Had a friend buy a Quest Smoke from gander. Had it a few days and one of his cables snapped while he was drawing. He was ok, but it screwed everything on his bow up as I am sure you can imagine. G5 did take care of him (and they should) and replaced his bow within a few days. I think it was a fluke, but at least we know that G5 did well in the customer service dept.
