Default New Bow string ?

I have used this Bow for the last three seasons with the factory bow string. I have waxed two to three times a year. My question is, should I replace my bow string ? It seems to be still in good condition. However, for some reason I want to replace it. Any opinions ?

Depends on how much you shoot, but it is probably time to replace. Vapor Trail makes excellent strings at a reasonable price or 'Google' Bucknasty Bow Strings for a higher quality replacement.

Winners choice makes awesome strings but they are more expensive than the above options.

A good string can make a world of difference in preventing peep rotation, accuracy etc.

It really depend on how often you shoot and how well you take care of your string. I shoot enought that I change my strings out once per year.

If your string is showing any sign of wear, or you are having problem with peep rotation, change them out. I am sure that after 3 years on a stock string you have have some stretch going on, so moving to new string is not going to negative impact.

Take a look at Vapor Trail's strings. www.vaportrailarchery.com

I put Vaportrails on mine a few months ago and love them. You can order them on here thru MeanV2. They seem to be good material.
