Default Need a new release

Time for a replacement as mine is just worn out . Which type of release do you use, a hook style or a jaw type and why? I've always used a hook style as it just seemed faster to put on the string.

Forever... I used a jaw. Then I tried a hook style. I'll never go back. I can feel it and hook it on my loop without thinking or looking. All sorts available. I use the Staghorn
