Default South Bend

I recently got permission to hunt a 160 acre farm in south bend. Was wondering if anyone had any info they can share. What to expect as far as what is a "good" buck for the area? What kind of numbers you see per hunt? I will of course do some scouting this summer, but I have not seen the property yet. Thanks for any info I can get.

Best to scout around this summer.. I had a friend tell me I could hunt in his back yard, the problem is that he lived in downtown Dallas...
