Default Out of tune bow question??

I took my bow in today to get the DL adjusted and the guy said that my bow was out of tune.looking at it on the bow press the string was lower then what it was suppose to be. so it was closer to the inside of the bow then the outside. i had no idea it was out of tune or whatever or a way to know if it was. i planned on getting strings soon but decided to leave the bow with him and let him make some strings for it customarily.he did all he could to it but could not get it back in tune. he said that the string stretched out and made it out of tune, also he said with the new custom strings on it that it will make the cam back in tune. does this make sense to anyone???

also i got a new stabilizer(Doinker A-bomb) and it made me alot steadier. and also i shot the Z7 and it was smooth haha made me want one REAL bad. but not enough green in the bank for one

Yeah that sounds logical. If your string is old and stretched out, it definately could use a new one.
