don't know for sure because i only hunt in ohio but i would guess wisconson or pennsylvania. i always see complaints about wi and as for pa it could be from the cwd.

If it was nationwide, I would vote the worst to be my home state of New Jersey

Oh darn. Thats only for the west. Too bad, becuase PA would have been real high on worst managed eastern state FO SHO.

Wisconsin just because the way they have miss managed the population estimates and their handling of CWD.
