I am thinking about buying a z7 and I was wondering what kinda speed every body is get and what kinda setup they have

it is my favorite bow I bought it was definatly worth the money for it!

I heard that it was not fast but on the slow side.

The z7 is just as fast as my DXT and way smoother, awesome bow. But really, as long as a bow is in the 300 range what differance does it make. It's always posiable a deer is going to bolt from arrow release noise.

I am still waiting on the phone call for mine. Maybe it will be here in the next few weeks.

The speed is no big deal to me its faster than my LX an it is smoother than it too.

When I chrono'd the one that I shot it shot a 430 grain arrow @ 63 lbs and 28" draw at 272 fps.
