Default Cold Weather and its effects...

Just thought I would share this picture, I came across her yesterday about noon after taking a short walk looking for some sheds.

I guess with the extreme cold the last week -15 to 1 degree, plus the -35 wind chill for 4 of those 6 days; coupled with the extreme snow load we got, the nutrients she had in her couldn't keep her alive long enough.

Found her in this position as if she was climbing the hill, looks like she froze pretty fast.

I know it has been cold around here lately, and i am guessing you live in either the western or northern part of the state. I know they got a heck of alot more snow than we have in the SE part of the state. I'm sure the deep snow base makes it hard for any animals to forage for food. For your sake, i hope thats the only one you find.
