Default In theory,could i??

this is my first complete archery year and i was wondering if i could set my bow 5 or 10 pounds more after season without messing anything up??....my bows max is 60 (and i read that its better to have it set towards the peak poundage) and i have easton axis 500 arrows...thanks for any help!!

If you go to 60lbs your probably going to be underspined with 500s. Id just leave it the way it is unless you want to buy new arrows as well.

I agree! Once you need new arrows go to 400's and you'll be good to up that poundage.

Just curious what is the length of your arrow?

28 1/2 inch arrows...im fine with 50 but if its better for my bow i would go higher in weight...obviously not if my arrows wont work at a higher poundage

Id go ahead and get the new arrows and set it to the max, your right it will perform best at its peak.

i have changed arrows 4 times...still shoots bullet holes every-time...maybe i adjusted the pins.i dont remember..but i do practice alot and cant remember ever doing so...when i go from field tips to broad-heads definitely changin pin setting.

i just bought some axis at a good price so i will use these until they are gone...then crank up the bow
